The role offers significant autonomy, exposure, and ownership while partnering closely with the Principal on personal, lifestyle, travel, and administrative matters.THE ROLEThe firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to serve as a true right hand to the Principal and family. This highly dynamic role combines personal support, complex travel coordination, event planning, project management, lifestyle support, and day-to-day assistance.The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the Principal's personal affairs and lifestyle needs are managed seamlessly and with the highest level of discretion. This individual will be responsible for proactively anticipating needs, managing multiple competing priorities, and coordinating with a variety of vendors, service providers, advisors, and household staff.This position is ideal for a career Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and enjoys operating as a trusted problem solver. The family has a strong appreciation for art, culture, design, and hospitality, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who shares similar interests and enjoys curating exceptional experiences.Key Responsibilities Include:Provide high-level personal support to the Principal and familyManage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logisticsCoordinate calendars, appointments, reservations, and scheduling needsPlan and execute family events, dinners, celebrations, entertaining, and special occasionsManage guest lists, invitations, catering, entertainment, and event logisticsCoordinate with household staff, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless day-to-day operationsSupport projects related to residences, personal initiatives, travel, and lifestyle needsConduct research and source solutions for a wide range of personal and household-related requestsAssist with family scheduling, children's activities, appointments, and related logistics as neededTrack ongoing projects and ensure timely execution of action items and follow-up itemsServe as a central point of communication between the family, vendors, and support teamsHandle confidential and sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and professionalismTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate is emotionally intelligent, highly resourceful, and capable of managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. They possess exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
