Personal Assistant to the Founder — EcoFurChildEmaar South, Dubai · Full-time · Live-in or live-outEcoFurChild is a pet-parent platform with a rescue mission. Our app keeps pet health records, documents and reminders in one place, and makes sharing with your vet simple. We're a small, founder-led team looking for a sharp, discreet Personal Assistant to work closely with our Founder & MD.What you'll do

• Run the Founder's calendar, scheduling and day-to-day coordination
• Be the first point of contact for matters that need discretion
• Support EcoFurChild events across the UAE: setup, on-the-day help and community outings
• Help with product development, including hands-on trials
• General admin and operations support
• Care for Panda, our mascot dog: daily checks, grooming and vet coordination
• Hands-on household support as needed: keeping the home tidy, organised and running smoothly
• Anticipate needs and manage priorities before being askedWhere and how we work
• Main base: the Founder's home office in Emaar South
• Events all over the UAE. The Founder drives, so you travel together and don't need a car
• Full-time, 45 hours a week over 5 days, with 2 days off every week
• Important events sometimes fall on a day off. When that happens, you attend and get the time back on other days
• Flexible, goal- and task-based. The Founder offers flexibility in how and when you work; what counts is getting things done. We look for ownership, anticipation, and asking when something is unclear
• Strict confidentiality is a core part of the roleYou'll be a good fit if you
• Have PA, family-office or household-PA experience
• Love dogs and are comfortable handling them
• Stay calm, organised and reliable
• Are comfortable working in the Founder's homeWhat we offer

• Live-in accommodation available: a private room in the Founder's home. Prefer to live out? That's fine, as long as you can reliably get to Emaar South
