Personal Assistant – Entertainment Agency£30,000 - £35,000 DOEAn exciting opportunity for a smart, organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior Head of Department within a leading entertainment & talent agency.Working at the heart of a busy and fast-paced team, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support, helping to manage competing priorities and ensure the department operates smoothly.This is a fantastic opportunity for a resourceful and highly organised PA to work closely with a senior industry figure and gain valuable exposure across a dynamic entertainment agency.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a busy and constantly changing diary, scheduling meetings, calls and appointmentsCoordinating travel, accommodation, itineraries and wider logisticsOrganising internal and external meetings, ensuring all relevant information and materials are prepared in advanceResponding to incoming enquiries professionally and efficiently, escalating or actioning requests as appropriateActing as a key point of contact for colleagues, talent, brands and other external partnersPreparing meeting agendas, briefing notes and supporting documentsMonitoring priorities, anticipating potential issues and following up on outstanding actionsProviding wider administrative and project support to agency's talent roster & brand partnersAbout YouPrevious 2 year experience in a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant position, preferably within a marketing, entertainment, PR settingExceptionally organised, with excellent diary management and coordination skillsProactive and confident using your initiative without always needing directionA confident and professional communicator, comfortable liaising with talent, brands and senior stakeholdersDiscreet and trustworthy when handling confidential or sensitive informationCalm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and last-minute changesA keen interest in entertainment, pop culture & social media
