Personal Assistant- HNW

Our client, a private household, is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide hands-on support to a high-net-worth family and work closely with the Senior Personal Assistant. This is a highly personal, service-oriented position requiring someone who is polished, discreet, reliable, and comfortable working within a private residence. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and willing to assist with everything from driving and errands to personal appointments, pickups/drop-offs, and day-to-day household needs.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Personal Assistant with day-to-day personal and household needsRun errands, including returns, exchanges, shopping, and other personal requestsDrive family members and assist with pickups and drop-offs as neededSchedule and coordinate personal appointments, including hair, makeup, beauty, and other servicesAssist with household logistics and miscellaneous personal projectsCoordinate appointments, reservations, and schedulesRespond to last-minute requests and changing prioritiesMaintain a high level of discretion and confidentialityProvide polished, professional, and service-oriented support at all timesWork collaboratively with the Senior Personal Assistant and other household staff

Requirements

Previous Personal Assistant, Household Assistant, Family Assistant, or similar experience preferredExecutive Assistants with significant experience handling personal matters will also be consideredExperience supporting a founder, executive, high-net-worth individual, or private family is a plusPolished, outgoing, discreet, and highly professionalStrong organizational and time-management skillsMust be comfortable working hands-on within a private residenceMust be flexible and comfortable with changing priorities and last-minute requestsValid driver’s license and clean driving record requiredMust have access to a reliable personal vehicleDegree not requiredMust genuinely be interested in a hands-on Personal Assistant role
