Job Title: Personal Assistant / House Manager / Lifestyle Manager

Location: Menlo Park, CA (primarily remote; on-site as needed)Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, events, business travel, urgent household matters, and last-minute changesA CEO and his family are seeking a reliable, humble, and highly organized House Manager / Lifestyle Manager to oversee household operations and provide comprehensive lifestyle and personal support.

The position is primarily remote, with on-site presence required as needed to support the household, events, properties, and the Principals' personal needs.The ideal candidate will be highly discreet, proactive, and adaptable, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO/Principal and family. Experience speaking Mandarin is preferred. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and outside of standard business hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Household Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO/Principal’s primary residence and support household needs.
• Coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and temporary service providers.
• Source, evaluate, engage, and onboard household vendors or temporary staff as needed, ensuring services are completed to a high standard.
• Ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently, managing errands, organization, maintenance, and other day-to-day needs.
• If needed, assist with the management of investment and secondary properties, including maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and property inspections.Personal Assistance
• Provide comprehensive personal assistance to the CEO/Principal and family members, including managing schedules, appointments, errands, reservations, and personal tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for household and personal matters, ensuring requests and priorities are handled efficiently and discreetly.
• Manage personal calendars and coordinate appointments, activities, events, travel, and other commitments.
• Anticipate the needs of the CEO/Principal and family and proactively address priorities before they arise.Lifestyle Management
• Manage all aspects of the Principals' lifestyle needs, ensuring a seamless and exceptional personal experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with trusted service providers, including private chefs, chauffeurs, concierge services, luxury travel advisors, event planners, contractors, and other premium vendors.
• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, restaurant reservations, detailed itineraries, VIP experiences, and last-minute changes.
• Accompany the Principal on business trips only when on-site support is needed for setup or seamless execution; otherwise, manage travel arrangements remotely.
• Plan and oversee private dinners, family gatherings, social events, and other special occasions with exceptional attention to detail and hospitality.
• Coordinate personal gifting, special requests, and other lifestyle-related services.
• Continuously identify, evaluate, and cultivate high-quality vendors and service providers to support the evolving needs of the Principals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in household management, personal assistance, executive assistance, or similar high-level support roles.
• Experience supporting CEOs, executives, and/or families is strongly preferred.
• Experience booking and coordinating complex domestic and international travel, private events, dining, and other high-touch personal services.
• Strong experience managing family calendars, planners, schedules, and personal logistics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• An established network of high-quality lifestyle and household vendors, or a demonstrated ability to source and vet trusted providers quickly, is highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating or managing investment or secondary properties is a plus.
• Willingness and flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and outside standard business hours as needed.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not required.
