This is a highly trusted, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in making life run seamlessly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, resourceful, and discreet, with strong follow-through and excellent judgment. You'll manage everything from travel and appointments to household vendors, personal errands, research, events, and special projects, while occasionally supporting business and philanthropic commitments.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who is interested in working closely with a successful entrepreneur and becoming a trusted, indispensable partner in their day-to-day life.THE NITTY GRITTY:Serve as the Principal's trusted partner by providing hands-on personal supportManage a dynamic calendar, appointments, commitments, and day-to-day logisticsCoordinate household and personal operations, including vendors, home staff, appointments, repairs, and service providersHandle personal errands and special requests with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detailCoordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, dining reservations, and special arrangementsResearch and coordinate a wide range of personal needs, services, purchases, and activitiesPlan and coordinate personal events, dinners, gatherings, and special occasionsMaintain organized personal and business records and documentationAssist with personal correspondence, scheduling, and communicationsSupport philanthropic, community, and board-related commitments as neededConduct occasional research and assist with special projectsCoordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, executives, and other personal contactsAnticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and proactively handle details before they become problemsMaintain complete confidentiality and exercise exceptional discretion across all personal and professional mattersTHE ESSENTIALS:5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or similar high-level support roleExperience supporting a high-net-worth individual, entrepreneur, business owner, or executive strongly preferredExceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughProactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out independentlyCalm under pressure and able to juggle constantly changing prioritiesHighly responsive and comfortable handling time-sensitive requests outside of traditional business hours when neededImpeccable discretion, confidentiality, and judgmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable coordinating with vendors, household staff, service providers, executives, and other high-level contactsStrong research skills and general technological proficiencyProficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other common productivity toolsProfessional, personable, polished, and comfortable operating in a high-touch environmentValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredTHE CHERRY ON TOP:Become a trusted, indispensable partner to a successful entrepreneur with a dynamic personal and professional lifeWork in a highly autonomous role where no two days are exactly alikeEnjoy the opportunity to build long-term relationships and make a meaningful impact behind the scenesLOCATION: Concord, CA (Onsite)COMPENSATION: $115K–$130K base salary + discretionary bonus + benefitsWhat are you waiting for?
