If you enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional personal service, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAccompany the CEO on domestic and international business trips.Manage all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and itineraries.Coordinate the CEO’s daily personal schedule and lifestyle arrangements.Assist with daily necessities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Liaise with hotels, airlines, chauffeurs, restaurants, and other service providers.Handle personal errands and ad hoc requests efficiently and professionally.Ensure the CEO’s comfort and convenience during travel and daily activities.Anticipate potential issues and resolve them proactively.Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.Be flexible and available to travel or adjust schedules whenever business requires.RequirementsMale candidate preferred.Brazilian local located in Sao PauloFluent in English.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Resourceful, proactive, and able to solve problems independently.Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.Willing to travel frequently, including overseas business trips.Valid driver’s license required; International Driving Permit (IDP) is an advantage.Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented.Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Butler, VIP Assistant, Concierge, Cabin Crew, or in luxury hospitality is highly preferred.
