This position provides comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing correspondence and presentations, handling phone and email communication, maintaining records and files, and assisting with personal errands or tasks as needed to enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external partners, supporting meeting logistics, and ensuring that the CEO’s time and commitments are effectively prioritized and managed.QualificationsStrong executive administrative assistance skills, including managing high-level communications and supporting executive decision-making.Demonstrated experience in personal assistance and diary management, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate complex schedules.Proficiency in clerical skills and general administrative assistance, including document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and discreet approach to confidential information.Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced office environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendar applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software).QuickbooksPrevious experience supporting senior executives or leadership in a corporate setting; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial.
