Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Role: Personal Assistant to the CEOLocation: JeddahMinimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered
• Good command of Microsoft 365 and AI tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Professional, discreet, and fluent in English

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily priorities
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, minutes, and action logs
• Draft professional correspondence and manage communications with executives, guests, and stakeholders
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and itineraries
• Coordinate executive meetings, corporate events, dinners, and special engagements
• Manage invitations, venues, suppliers, hospitality, and event logistics
• Maintain organized digital and physical records and handle confidential information with discretion
• Use Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, digital filing systems, and approved AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency
• Track decisions, deadlines, commitments, and action items to ensure timely follow-up
