The company also has extensive experience working with D2C, retail, and celebrity beauty brands and serves export markets across the US, LATAM, Middle East, and beyond.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant to Director at NG Electro Products. The Personal Assistant will manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel and logistics, and ensure timely preparation of agendas and supporting documents. The role involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks, organizing digital and physical files, drafting and responding to emails, and preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes. The Personal Assistant will act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, follow-up on action items, and confidentiality of sensitive information. The position also includes monitoring deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and proactively supporting the Director in planning, decision-making, and overall workflow management.Qualifications Strong personal assistance skills, including managing daily tasks, prioritizing requests, and supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced environment.Executive administrative assistance experience, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders, prepare executive-level documents, and maintain confidentiality.Proficiency in diary management, including scheduling meetings across time zones, coordinating appointments, and avoiding conflicts.Solid administrative assistance and clerical skills, such as document preparation, data entry, record keeping, and file organization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and professional email etiquette.Strong time management, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Comfort using productivity tools and software (e.g., email clients, calendars, office suites, video conferencing platforms).Previous experience supporting senior leadership or directors; experience in manufacturing, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.Relevant education in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
