This position involves managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating internal and external appointments. The role includes preparing documents and presentations, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-up on key actions. The Personal Assistant will liaise with teams across locations, assist in organizing meetings and events, and help streamline administrative workflows to enhance the Director’s effectiveness. Discretion, professionalism, and strong organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership effectively.Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documentation, correspondence, and office processes.Candidates should possess effective Diary Management capabilities to coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel plans efficiently.Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.Candidates should demonstrate high levels of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.Candidates should have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should be proficient in office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools).Candidates should ideally have prior experience in an executive or personal assistant role; experience in fashion, retail, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
