Personal Assistant to Director

Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Director’s Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and executive support to the Director.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable handling confidential information and multiple priorities. Candidates with previous experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investment, or Financial Administration will be strongly preferred.The successful candidate will act as a key point of coordination between the Director, internal teams, clients, external stakeholders, and business partners.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and executive support to the Director.Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes, and other business documents.Coordinate with internal departments and follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines.Assist the Director with financial and administrative matters, including reviewing reports, invoices, payments, budgets, and supporting documentation.Maintain organized records of financial and business-related documents.Assist in preparing and consolidating financial reports, management reports, and business summaries.Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting teams on matters requiring the Director’s attention.Track outstanding payments, approvals, requests, and other action items when required.Handle confidential financial, commercial, and personal information with a high level of discretion.Conduct research and prepare summaries or analysis to support the Director’s decision-making.Draft and review emails, letters, presentations, and other correspondence.Coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders.Follow up on important projects and ensure agreed actions are completed on time.Support special projects and other business initiatives assigned by the Director.Perform other administrative and coordination duties as required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Director’s Assistant, Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, or similar role.Prior experience in Finance or Accounting is strongly preferred.Good understanding of basic financial concepts, financial reports, invoices, payments, budgets, and accounting documentation.Strong proficiency in Google Workplace, particularly Sheets, Slides, Gemini, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate the Director’s needs.Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
