This role is responsible for assisting customers with opening and managing accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, and providing guidance on bank products and services. The Personal Banker will handle daily customer interactions, respond to inquiries, resolve basic account issues, and support branch sales goals through cross-selling appropriate financial solutions. The role includes maintaining accurate records, adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements, and working collaboratively with branch team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Personal Banking and Opening New Accounts to support customers with their everyday financial needs.Candidates should possess skills in Deposits and basic Finance to accurately process transactions and discuss core banking products.Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and ensure a positive branch experience.Relevant skills such as attention to detail, cash-handling accuracy, and familiarity with banking software and digital tools are beneficial.Qualifications such as prior retail banking or financial services experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred), and strong communication and problem-solving abilities are desirable.
