Fast interview process and strong long-term growth potential.ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with retail banking customers and provide exceptional serviceOpen new accounts and assist with consumer banking products/servicesCross-sell banking solutions including checking, savings, CDs, credit products, etc.Handle teller transactions and day-to-day branch operations as neededSupport branch sales goals and customer experience initiativesIdentify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and drive referralsMaintain compliance with banking policies and proceduresQualificationsPrevious banking experience requiredExperience as a Personal Banker, Universal Banker, Teller, or similar retail banking roleStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsComfortable discussing banking products and cross-selling solutionsExperience handling cash transactions and branch operations preferredSpanish-speaking candidates highly preferred for select locations (especially Passaic, NJ)
