Private Chef – UHNW Private HouseholdLocation: DubaiEmployment Type: Full-time, Live-outWorking Days: 6 days per weekSalary: Depending on experienceAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Chef to join a prestigious private household in Dubai, catering to a High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) and their family.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality, varied and nutritious meals, with the flexibility to cater to different cuisines and dietary preferences. The role requires someone who is confident working independently within a private household and understands the high standards of discretion, presentation and service expected in a HNWI environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily meals to a consistently high standard, with a focus on quality, freshness and presentation.Cook across a variety of cuisines, including India-n, Chinese, Thai and Western.Plan weekly menus based on household preferences, dietary requirements and nutritional needs.Manage grocery and ingredient sourcing, ensuring quality and freshness.Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, organisation and hygiene.Manage kitchen stock, supplies and equipment.Adapt menus and meals to accommodate changing preferences, allergies or dietary requirements.Minimise food waste and manage household food budgets effectively.Maintain a professional and discreet approach when working within a private household.Take responsibility for the overall day-to-day management of the kitchen.About YouProven experience as a Private Chef, ideally within an HNWI/UHNW household or high-end restaurant environment.Strong culinary skills across multiple cuisines.Experience with India-n, Chinese, Thai and Western cuisine is highly desirable.Excellent menu planning and food preparation skills.Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen management.Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented.Comfortable working independently and managing the kitchen without supervision.Professional, discreet and respectful of household privacy.Flexible and willing to adapt to the preferences and requirements of the family.What We OfferCompetitive Salary package depending on experience and culinary background.Full-time, live-out position.Opportunity to work within a prestigious private household in Dubai.
