PERSONAL CHEF – PRIVATE FAMILYLocation: Al Wasl, DubaiPosition: Full-Time, Live-OutSchedule: 5 days per weekA private family based in Al Wasl, Dubai is seeking an experienced and professional Personal Chef to join their household.RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ professional chef experienceStrong experience preparing European cuisineExperience working for a private family is highly desirableGood knowledge of macros, nutrition and healthy meal preparationAbility to prepare balanced, nutritious meals while maintaining excellent taste and presentationExcellent knowledge of food hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanlinessHigh attention to detail and consistently high standards of hygieneAbility to tailor meals to the family’s individual preferences and nutritional requirementsProfessional, reliable and discreetWell-organised and able to manage all aspects of the kitchen independentlyLive-out positionAvailable to work 5 days per weekMust be based in Dubai or willing to relocateResponsibilitiesPrepare daily meals for the family, primarily European cuisinePlan varied, balanced and nutritious menusCalculate and understand macronutrient requirements where requiredAccommodate dietary preferences and nutritional goalsMaintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and hygieneManage kitchen stock, groceries and ingredientsKeep the kitchen organised and fully maintainedEnsure all food is prepared and stored in accordance with high food-safety standardsSalary: Competitive and dependent on experience.To apply: Please send your CV, details of your relevant experience and current availability.
