Serving global investors and residents, the firm combines professionalism, integrity, and deep market insight across prime and emerging locations in Dubai.Role Description The Personal Stylist and English Coach will support SkyWing Real Estate’s CEO & COO by enhancing personal image, communication, and professionalism. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, involves providing personal styling consultations for client-facing staff, advising on attire aligned with luxury real estate standards, and offering basic image consulting for high-net-worth clients during property viewings and events. The role also includes coaching CEO & COO in English conversation, presentation skills, and vocabulary relevant to luxury real estate, as well as preparing them for client meetings, property tours, and negotiations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting styling sessions, organizing style guidelines, delivering English coaching sessions, tracking progress, and collaborating with management to align image and communication standards with brand positioning.QualificationsStrong Personal Styling and Fashion Styling skills, with an eye for luxury, business, and event-appropriate attire.Experience in Image Consulting, including grooming, personal branding, and professional appearance optimization.Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and tailor recommendations to individual needs.Basic Sales and client relationship understanding to support the real estate team in presenting confidently to high-profile clients.Fluency in spoken and written English; experience teaching or coaching English for business or hospitality is highly beneficial.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and professionalism in a diverse, international environment.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-centric setting.Background in fashion, styling, hospitality, education, communication, or a related field; prior experience in luxury services or real estate is an advantage.
