The club is preparing to launch and build a community of professionals passionate about fitness and health.Role Description The Personal Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver individualized training programs, conduct fitness assessments, and lead one-on-one and small group sessions aligned with members’ goals. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating proper exercise techniques, monitoring client progress, adjusting programs as needed, and maintaining a safe training environment. The role involves educating members on healthy lifestyle habits, coordinating with recovery and wellness services, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive club atmosphere. The Personal Trainer will also support member retention by providing consistent communication, motivation, and high-quality service.Qualifications Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design and deliver tailored exercise programs.Experience with Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support varied training formats and performance-focused goals.Knowledge of Nutrition to provide general guidance that complements training plans and supports client outcomes.Recognized certification in personal training, fitness coaching, or related field from an accredited organization.Experience working in a gym, health club, or sports performance setting, preferably with diverse client populations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, educate, and build trust with members.Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and non-discriminatory training environment, adhering to health and safety standards.Ability to work flexible hours, adapt to client schedules, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across fitness and recovery services.
