The role involves delivering interactive classroom sessions on personality development, communication skills, grooming, and professional behavior to learners preparing for careers in aviation, hospitality, travel, and customer service. The professor will design lesson plans, develop training content and assignments, and use varied teaching methods to ensure practical understanding and retention. Responsibilities include assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, mentoring learners for interviews and workplace readiness, and maintaining training records. The role also requires collaborating with academic coordinators, participating in faculty meetings, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training.Qualifications Strong expertise in Personality Development and Training, with the ability to conduct engaging classroom sessions and workshops.Ability to perform Research and Writing to develop training materials, lesson plans, and learner assessments.Comfort with using Social Media and basic digital tools to support learner engagement, communication, and institute branding.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident public speaking and presentation abilities.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in psychology, communication, education, or hospitality is preferred.Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or soft skills coach, ideally in aviation, hospitality, travel, or customer service domains.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse learner groups and colleagues, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
