Pest Contol Manager

We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Pest Control to build and scale our pest control business across KSA. The ideal candidate combines proven business development success in the Saudi market with strong operational leadership — able to win contracts, build teams, and deliver compliant, high-quality service. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the pest control business strategy and P&L for KSADrive sales and win contracts across commercial, industrial, warehouse, hospitality, and residential segmentsRecruit, train, and lead field operations and technical teamsEnsure compliance with SFDA, municipal (Baladiya), and MoMRAH pest control regulationsManage chemical procurement, safety (HSE), and licensing requirementsSet KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards for service deliveryBuild client relationships and manage key accountsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized 8+ years in pest control, with a track record of building/growing a pest control business in Saudi ArabiaDemonstrated success in both business development and operations/team buildingKnowledge of KSA pest control licensing, SFDA-approved pesticides, and safety standardsStrong leadership, hiring, and team development skillsArabic and English preferredValid KSA driving license; transferable Iqama
