Oversee technicians, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Support the organization’s facility management goals by maintaining pest-free, hygienic environments. Responsibilities.Supervise daily pest control activities, including inspections, treatments, and preventive measures.Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of pest control technicians to ensure service quality. Implement pest control programs in line with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Verify proper handling, usage, and storage of pest control chemicals and equipment. Train and mentor staff on pest identification, treatment methods, and safety practices. Maintain accurate service records, treatment logs, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and facility operations to resolve pest issues promptly. Conduct regular audits to assess pest control effectiveness and recommend improvements. Respond to urgent pest control requests and ensure corrective actions are implemented swiftly.Enforce adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports on pest control performance, material usage, and trends for management review. Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes. Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectives. Educational BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Agriculture, Biology, or related field. Pest Control Applicator License or equivalent certification (preferred). Training in Occupational Health & Safety (OSHA/NEBOSH) is an advantage. Key SkillsStrong knowledge of pest control methods, equipment, and safe chemical handling. Supervisory and team leadership skills. Proficiency in documenting and reporting pest control activities. Knowledge of FM industry pest control challenges and best practices. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and compliance with regulations. Years of Experience8-10 years of experience in pest control services. With at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
