This role involves inspecting residential and commercial properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing appropriate treatment plans in line with company standards and local regulations. The technician will apply pest control products safely, maintain detailed service records, and communicate clearly with clients about findings, treatment methods, and preventive measures. Daily tasks include following integrated pest management practices, operating equipment correctly, adhering to health and safety protocols, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management skills, including knowledge of treatment methods and safety procedures.Candidates should possess Pest Control skills to diagnose issues and apply suitable solutions in indoor, outdoor and landscaped areas.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain services, provide instructions, and interact professionally with clients and team members.Relevant certifications or licenses in pest control within the UAE, or the ability to obtain them within a defined timeframe.Basic understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to chemical use and waste disposal.Ability to work on-site in varying conditions, manage time efficiently, and handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and extended walking.Previous experience in pest control, facilities maintenance, or environmental services is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in pest control or environmental services is an advantage.
