Team members contribute to maintaining well-managed, pest-free properties that support positive living and working experiences.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Pest Control Technician at NCTH. The Pest Control Technician will be responsible for assessing properties for pest activity, identifying pest types, and determining appropriate treatment plans in coordination with on-site staff. Daily tasks include implementing preventive and corrective pest control measures, advising property managers on best practices, documenting findings and treatments, and following applicable safety and environmental regulations. The role also involves remote communication with clients and internal teams, scheduling inspections, and providing guidance on sanitation, structural improvements, and lawn care efforts that help minimize pest risks. The technician will collaborate with cross-functional real estate and maintenance teams to support healthy, safe, and compliant properties.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management, including knowledge of treatment methods and prevention strategies.Candidates should possess skills in PEST (political, economic, social, and technological) analysis or similar environmental assessment approaches relevant to property management.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear reporting, remote collaboration, and client education.Candidates should possess skills in Lawn Care and basic grounds maintenance that support pest prevention around properties.Relevant certifications or licenses in pest control or public health, according to local regulations, are highly beneficial.Experience working with residential or commercial real estate environments and familiarity with safety standards is preferred.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage schedules, and use digital tools for documentation and communication.Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to environmentally responsible pest management practices.
