The Pest Control Technician will conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial sites to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments. The role involves applying safe and approved pest control methods, including integrated pest management practices, and maintaining accurate records of services, chemicals used, and follow-up requirements. The technician will communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding treatment plans, safety guidelines, and preventative measures, while adhering to all company policies and local regulatory standards. Regular responsibilities also include maintaining equipment, ensuring work areas are kept clean and safe, and supporting other facilities management activities as needed.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management skills, with knowledge of PEST control methods and safe chemical handling.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, and to explain treatment plans and safety instructions clearly.Candidates should possess practical Lawn Care and basic grounds maintenance skills to support outdoor pest prevention and overall site hygiene.Relevant certification or license in pest control from a recognized authority in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain such certification) is preferred.Previous experience in pest control, facilities management, or a related field, including familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations, is beneficial.Ability to work independently on-site, follow schedules, and adapt to different facility types and client requirements.Physical ability to perform field work, including handling equipment, accessing different building areas, and working in varying environmental conditions.Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
