We’re Hiring | Pet Photography & Client Updates CoordinatorCORO Group | Luxury Pet Hotel & Pet Services📍 Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai, UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 💰 Salary: AED 3,000 per month 👥 Vacancies: 2 PositionsAbout CORO GroupCORO Group is a growing pet services group in the UAE, offering premium pet grooming, boarding, daycare, training, transportation, retail, and veterinary services across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.We are looking for two enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Pet Photography & Client Updates Coordinators to join our luxury pet care facilities in Dubai Investment Park.If you love dogs, enjoy capturing special moments, and take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience, this is an opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to the well-being of pets and the satisfaction of their owners.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photographs and short videos of dogs during daycare and boarding activities.Provide personalised daily photo and video updates to clients, keeping them connected with their pets throughout the day.Ensure timely and consistent communication with clients in accordance with company standards.Capture memorable moments, including playtime, enrichment activities, social interactions, and daily routines.Coordinate closely with the animal care team to obtain updates and ensure accurate client communication.Organise and share photos and videos through approved communication channels.Maintain professional communication, attention to detail, and the confidentiality of client information.Contribute to an exceptional customer experience by helping pet owners feel confident and connected while their pets are in our care.Requirements & QualificationsA genuine love for dogs and a strong interest in animal care.Confidence and comfort working around dogs in a daycare and boarding environment.Good smartphone photography and short-form video recording skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organisational skills and the ability to manage daily client updates independently.A friendly, energetic, responsible, and dependable personality.A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively with a team.Previous experience in pet care, photography, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking individuals who combine a passion for animals with creativity, reliability, and excellent customer service.
