The educator will plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons for senior classes, aligned with the school curriculum and educational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, designing assessments, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback to help learners improve. The role also involves maintaining classroom discipline, integrating innovative teaching methods, supporting students in developing critical thinking and communication skills, and participating in school events, meetings, and professional development activities. Collaboration with colleagues and regular communication with parents or guardians to discuss student progress are also key aspects of this role.Qualifications Strong English Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment design.Excellent Communication abilities for interacting effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.Competence in Translation to support comprehension and learning where needed.Customer Service orientation to address student and parent queries with patience and professionalism.Training skills for mentoring students and contributing to teacher development initiatives.Master’s degree in English or a closely related field, with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.Prior experience teaching English at the secondary or senior secondary level, preferably in a CBSE or similar curriculum.Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to enhance classroom instruction.Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a learner-centric approach.
