The role involves planning and delivering engaging English lessons for senior classes, aligned with the school curriculum and board requirements. The teacher will develop lesson plans, design assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth. Responsibilities include integrating innovative teaching methodologies, maintaining accurate records, participating in departmental meetings, and contributing to co-curricular and enrichment activities. The role also requires collaborating with colleagues, communicating regularly with parents and guardians, and supporting the school’s mission of nurturing 21st-century skills and values.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching skills, including curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and student assessment.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.Candidates should possess skills in Training and mentoring, supporting learners through guidance, remediation, and enrichment.Candidates should possess basic Translation skills and Customer Service orientation to address stakeholder queries clearly and respectfully.Master’s degree in English or a relevant discipline, with B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.Experience teaching senior secondary classes, preferably in CBSE or similar board schools.Proficiency in using educational technology, digital tools, and innovative pedagogy in the classroom.Strong classroom management abilities, adaptability, and a learner-centric, inclusive approach to education.
