The educator will plan and deliver engaging English lessons for senior classes, aligned with the school’s curriculum and international standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching literature and language skills, assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves mentoring students in reading, writing, critical thinking, and communication, as well as organizing English-related activities such as debates, writing competitions, and presentations. The PGT English teacher will collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings and professional development, and engage regularly with parents and guardians to support student progress.Qualifications Strong English Teaching skills, with experience in handling senior secondary classes and a solid understanding of curriculum and assessment practices.Excellent Communication skills, including clear classroom instruction, effective interaction with students and families, and collaborative communication with staff.Ability to use Translation skills where appropriate to support learners’ understanding and bridge language gaps.Customer Service–oriented mindset focused on responsiveness, empathy, and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents.Training skills, including capacity to guide students in academic and co-curricular English activities and contribute to peer and staff development.Relevant academic qualification, preferably a Master’s degree in English with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, classroom technology, and student-centered learning approaches.Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
