We are looking Pgt English Teacher for a reputed CBSE School in Aligarh, UP. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PGT English Teacher role based in Aligarh. The PGT English Teacher will plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum for higher grades. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching literature and language, assigning and evaluating student work, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will maintain classroom discipline, support individual learning needs, and participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development sessions. Collaboration with colleagues, effective communication with parents or guardians, and contribution to overall school development are also core aspects of this role.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills for higher secondary classes.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education-related skills for curriculum delivery and classroom management.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interaction with students, colleagues, and families.Master’s degree in English or a relevant discipline, along with a B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification.Prior experience as a PGT English Teacher or similar role in a K–12 school setting.Ability to use basic educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning.Strong classroom management, student mentoring, and inclusive teaching practices.
