The teacher will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for higher grades, aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include designing lesson plans, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves fostering critical thinking, reading, and writing skills, managing classroom activities, and creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues, participate in school events, attend meetings and professional development sessions, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians as needed.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience in handling higher grade learners.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design structured, outcome-based lessons.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interaction with students, colleagues, and parents.Relevant academic qualifications such as a Master’s degree in English or a related field, along with B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training.Experience with modern pedagogical methods, classroom technology, and differentiated instruction to support diverse learners.Ability to maintain a positive, inclusive classroom climate and uphold the school’s values and code of conduct.Prior experience as a PGT English or in a similar senior school teaching role is highly beneficial.
