This integrated framework promotes cognitive development, creativity, critical thinking, and prepares students for higher education and careers in India and abroad.Role Description The PGT Maths & English Teacher (CBSE) will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for senior secondary classes, ensuring strong conceptual understanding in both Mathematics and English. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assigning and evaluating assessments, maintaining student records, and providing academic support and guidance. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, participate in school events and parent interactions, and contribute to co-curricular and remedial programs as needed. The role involves creating an inclusive classroom environment that encourages inquiry, discipline, and independent thinking in alignment with CBSE standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Erode campus.Qualifications Strong expertise in Teaching and Education, with proven experience teaching CBSE Maths and English at the senior secondary level.Demonstrated skills in English Teaching and effective Communication to support clear instruction and constructive feedback.Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including designing structured, learner-centered lesson plans and assessments aligned with CBSE guidelines.Relevant academic qualifications such as a Master’s degree in Mathematics or English, and B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, classroom management, and use of educational technology and digital tools.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, engage with parents professionally, and support holistic student development.Prior experience in a reputed school environment and understanding of multi-curriculum settings (CBSE/IB/Cambridge) is an advantage.
