The teacher will plan and deliver engaging, syllabus-aligned lessons for higher secondary classes in Maths and English, using a variety of instructional strategies and resources. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing student learning through assignments and tests, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves creating a positive classroom environment, supporting students’ individual learning needs, and collaborating with colleagues on curriculum planning and school activities. The teacher will also participate in parent interactions, faculty meetings, professional development programs, and contribute to co-curricular initiatives that support holistic student growth.Qualifications Strong subject expertise in Maths and English teaching for CBSE higher secondary levels, with proven experience in classroom Teaching.Ability to design clear, structured Lesson Planning aligned with CBSE curriculum and effective pedagogical practices.Background in Education, preferably with B.Ed/M.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification, and familiarity with modern teaching methodologies.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues, and for delivering concepts clearly and confidently.Experience using educational technology, digital tools, and assessment strategies to enhance learning outcomes.Demonstrated commitment to student-centered learning, classroom management, and holistic development of learners.Prior experience as a PGT or teaching Grades 9–12 in a CBSE school is highly desirable.Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural school environment and participate actively in co-curricular and school events.
