The educator will plan and deliver Physics lessons for senior secondary classes, aligned with the CBSE curriculum, using clear explanations and engaging teaching methods. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom teaching and practical sessions, assessing student performance through tests and assignments, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves maintaining accurate academic records, guiding students for board examinations and competitive entrance tests, and supporting remedial classes where needed. The PGT Physics teacher will also participate in staff meetings, school events, and contribute to academic and co-curricular development initiatives.Qualifications Strong foundation in core Physics concepts and advanced topics in Theoretical Physics.Knowledge of Radiation and basics of Medical Physics relevant to senior secondary education.Proficiency in Physics Education, including planning lessons, conducting laboratory work, and using diverse teaching strategies.Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related discipline; B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training qualification preferred.Experience teaching Physics at senior secondary/PGT level in CBSE or similar board settings.Ability to design assessments, analyze student performance data, and support exam preparation for board and competitive exams.Strong classroom management, communication, and mentoring skills, with a student-centered and inclusive approach.Comfort with using educational technology, digital resources, and audiovisual tools to enhance learning.Commitment to professional ethics, collaboration with colleagues, and active participation in school activities.
