• Analyse complete manufacturing-line architecture.
• Review interfaces between process equipment and downstream machinery.
• Define communication and control requirements between individual equipment packages.
• Support integration of mixers, vessels, dosing systems, CIP units and filling equipment.
• Coordinate PLC, HMI and SCADA interfaces with equipment suppliers.
• Review I/O requirements and signal exchange between machines.
• Support definition of equipment permissives and interlocks.
• Analyse batch sequences and production workflows.
• Support recipe-control architecture.
• Review automated ingredient dosing and transfer sequences.
• Coordinate instrumentation requirements across integrated process systems.
• Support process-data acquisition and production monitoring.
• Review production-reporting and traceability requirements.
• Support integration of alarms and equipment status information.
• Assist in defining data exchange between process skids and higher-level manufacturing systems where applicable.
• Review functional specifications from equipment manufacturers.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Support FAT coordination across multiple equipment suppliers.
• Support integrated SAT and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot interface problems during installation and start-up.

Start-up supportTroubleshoot system-level problems during production ramp-up.𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞The ideal candidate is not simply a PLC programmer.We are looking for an engineer capable of understanding the entire production system.The candidate should be able to look at a manufacturing line and identify:
• how machines communicate;
• what data must be exchanged;
• which interlocks are required;
• how production recipes are executed;
• which process parameters must be monitored;
• where interface failures can occur;
