The organization offers public courses in Dubai and customized in-house programs tailored to each client’s needs and objectives.Role Description the Pharmaceutical Compliance / GDP Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs focused on Good Distribution Practice (GDP), pharmaceutical compliance, and related regulatory standards. The role involves preparing training materials, case studies, and assessments, and conducting engaging classroom sessions for diverse groups of delegates at BTC’s training facilities in Dubai. The trainer will assess participant learning, provide feedback, and adapt content to different organizational contexts and levels of experience. Responsibilities also include staying current with international and regional pharmaceutical regulations, contributing to course customization for corporate clients, and supporting quality assurance for all compliance-related training content. This is an on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong knowledge and experience in Pharmacy and Pharmaceuticals.Candidates should possess expertise in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or equivalent compliance frameworks.Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills relevant to pharmaceutical handling, quality control, or compliance testing.Candidates should possess foundational Sales or customer-facing skills to interact effectively with corporate clients and course participants.Candidates should possess excellent training, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly.Relevant academic qualification in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field; professional certifications in GDP/GMP or regulatory compliance are an advantage.Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturing, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs within the GCC or international markets is highly beneficial.Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing abilities, with proficiency in English;Ability to work collaboratively with multi-cultural teams and adapt material to different industry sectors and delegate profiles.
