In this role, you will represent Cooper Pharma’s growing portfolio, driving scientific detailing and commercial success across key medical centers, hospitals, and clinics. You will build long-term, ethical partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) while ensuring strict alignment with SFDA guidelines and company compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory & Account Management: Design and execute structured daily and weekly routing plans to regularly engage targeted physicians, pharmacists, and key hospital stakeholders across your assigned territory.Scientific Detailing: Present high-level, evidence-based medical information on product indications, clinical profiles, and therapeutic benefits to support appropriate prescribing decisions.Sales Execution & Growth: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, expanding market share through effective account planning and consultative selling methodologies.Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, track competitor movements, and gather direct customer insights to inform internal marketing strategies.CRM & Activity Reporting: Timely log and track all customer touchpoints, detailing logs and sales opportunities using designated CRM software.Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with SFDA regulatory frameworks, Saudi Ministry of Health guidelines, and international ethical promotion standards.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in pharmaceutical sales, with a track record of driving results in Saudi Arabia.Motivated Fresh Grads are welcome to apply.Core Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of pharmacology, clinical detailing, and territory management dynamics.Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in English.Tools: Proficiency in standard digital reporting tools, CRM systems, and MS Office software.Mobility & Status: Valid Saudi Driving License and transferable Saudi Iqama (or Saudi National status).What We OfferCompetitive base compensation package with a performance-driven incentive plan.Comprehensive health insurance coverage.Continuous learning, professional development, and structured career growth within a globally expanding pharmaceutical network.
