Its 2025 vision is to remain a wholly local company while becoming one of the top 100 pharmaceutical companies globally.We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Technology Specialist to join our Production Science & Technology Department on the Esenyurt campus.The requirements for the successful candidate areBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Development, R&D, or Manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry.Good knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, with the ability to conduct literature research.Good command of CTD requirements and the ability to review DMFs.Advanced level of English proficiency.Strong communication and relationship management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and monitor annual process development activity plans.Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments during planned trial and validation activities.Prepare the necessary Standard Operating Procedures related to the department.Conduct laboratory-scale trial manufacturing and scale-up activities, and support process validation manufacturing activities.Proactively identify and implement necessary measures to prevent potential manufacturing issues, resolve them within the scope of assigned authority, or coordinate with relevant parties to ensure their resolution.Ensure the standardization and control of process parameters, perform the necessary analyses related to manufacturing processes, and prepare reports on the findings.Applicants with suitable qualifications are kindly invited to apply through LinkedIn.
