Pharmacist

We are actively hiring a skilled Staff Pharmacist for a full-time, direct-hire position on our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys clinical patient care, infusion therapy, and working closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams in a collaborative environment. Position Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and dispense infusion medications accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams regarding infusion therapies and medication management
• Monitor patient therapies and provide clinical recommendations when appropriate
• Counsel patients and caregivers on medication administration and side effects
• Active Pharmacist license
• Infusion, specialty pharmacy, or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
