The environment is designed to be relaxing and comfortable, with a focus on promoting well-being, self-care, and confidence for every client.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Pharmacist or medical professional with relevant background; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The role involves supporting and overseeing medical-grade spa treatments, ensuring they align with clinical standards and safety protocols. The person in this position will review treatment plans, explain procedures and products to clients, and provide guidance on proper use of medications, skincare items, and nutritional supplements. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate medical documentation, collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals, and monitoring client responses to treatments. The role also requires educating clients on wellness practices, assisting in quality control of medical supplies, and contributing to a professional, reassuring atmosphere that supports client confidence and trust.QualificationsRelevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).Knowledge of clinical safety standards, infection control, and proper handling of medical-grade products and equipment.Ability to explain medical and wellness information clearly to clients and team members in a supportive, client-centered manner.Strong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping and documentation skills.Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and wellness professionals.High level of ethical and professional conduct, with respect for client confidentiality and diverse backgrounds.Interest in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, nutrition, or spa and wellness services is an advantage.Willingness to learn, receive training, and stay updated on new treatments, technologies, and best practices.Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks in a busy clinical spa setting.Fluency in spoken and written communication relevant to the local client base; additional language skills are a plus.Send your CV via Email: haidy.abdelhakim@groovymedspa.com
