Pharmacist – API WholesaleLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Part-Time (16 Hours per Week)About the RoleWe are seeking a DHA-licensed Pharmacist to join our API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) wholesale company as the designated Responsible Person. The successful candidate will oversee the company's pharmaceutical trading activities, ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, and support the safe and compliant handling and distribution of pharmaceutical products.This is an immediate hiring requirement, and candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the designated Responsible Person for the company's API wholesale operations.Oversee all pharmaceutical trading activities and ensure full regulatory compliance.Ensure compliance with DHA, MOHAP, and all applicable UAE pharmaceutical regulations.Monitor the handling, storage, documentation, and distribution of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).Maintain all required regulatory records, licenses, and documentation.Ensure Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections, audits, and licensing processes.Review and monitor documentation related to procurement, import, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.Provide regulatory guidance and compliance support to the management team.Ensure company operations adhere to all applicable quality and regulatory standards.RequirementsValid DHA Pharmacist License (Mandatory).Knowledge of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) is required.Understanding of pharmaceutical wholesale or trading operations is preferred.Previous experience in pharmaceutical wholesale or as a Responsible Pharmacist is an advantage but not mandatory.Good understanding of UAE pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.Good communication and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and manage regulatory responsibilities effectively.Immediate joiners are highly preferred.Employment DetailsWorking Hours: 16 hours per weekSalary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per monthBenefits: Employment visa provided
