Pharmacist Arabic Speaking

We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Arabic Speaking Pharmacist with a valid DHA, DOH, or MOH License/Eligibility to join a leading pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing pharmaceutical care and counseling, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional customer service in both Arabic and English.Key ResponsibilitiesDispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with physician prescriptions and UAE regulationsReview prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, contraindications, drug interactions, and allergiesCounsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, storage, and adherenceProvide pharmaceutical advice and recommend over-the-counter (OTC) medications when appropriateMonitor patient medication therapy and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomesMaintain accurate pharmacy records, inventory, and controlled drug documentationEnsure proper storage and handling of medications in compliance with regulatory standardsManage pharmacy stock levels, expiry dates, and procurement processesEducate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and medication safetyMaintain compliance with DHA, DOH, MOH, and UAE healthcare regulationsDeliver excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality and professional ethicsRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognized institutionValid DHA, DOH, or MOH License/Eligibility is mandatoryMinimum 2-3 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital, retail pharmacy, or healthcare settingFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication management, and UAE pharmaceutical regulationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skillsProficiency in pharmacy management systems and electronic medical records (EMR) is preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred ExpertisePrescription Review & DispensingPatient CounselingMedication Therapy ManagementDrug Interaction & Safety MonitoringInventory & Stock ManagementControlled Drug ManagementHospital & Retail Pharmacy OperationsClinical Pharmacy SupportOTC Medication CounselingRegulatory Compliance
