Team members are valued as trusted healthcare advisors, and their continuous development is central to the company’s vision and regional growth plans.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Pharmacist will dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately, provide clear counseling on proper use, dosage, and potential side effects, and ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws and regulations. Daily responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness, monitoring for drug interactions, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role also involves managing inventory, checking stock levels and expiration dates, and ensuring proper storage of medicines and health products. The Pharmacist will support customers with informed product recommendations, contribute to health awareness initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution, and eligibility to practice in Egypt.Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and prescription validation, with a commitment to patient safety and ethical practice.Excellent customer service and communication skills to provide clear medication counseling and empathetic support to diverse patients.Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage inventory, documentation, and pharmacy workflows effectively.Comfort working with pharmacy software, digital records, and standard office applications; familiarity with quality and safety standards in retail pharmacy.Ability to work flexible shifts, collaborate in a team-oriented environment, and remain calm and professional in a high-volume setting.Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy is an advantage; additional training or certifications in clinical pharmacy or patient counseling are a plus.
