Our mission is to ensure safe, compliant, and timely availability of critical healthcare solutions to clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals—with precision, integrity, and deep regulatory adherence.Role & ResponsibilitiesVerify and process prescription orders with accuracy, ensuring compliance with UAE MoHAP and DH regulatory guidelines.Provide clinical consultation to patients and healthcare providers on drug interactions, dosage, and side effects.Manage inventory of pharmaceutical stock including controlled substances, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and expiry tracking.Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to coordinate timely delivery and documentation of imported medications.Conduct patient counseling sessions on medication adherence, lifestyle integration, and chronic disease management.Maintain and update pharmacy records, dispensing logs, and audit trails in line with local licensing and inspection standards.Skills & QualificationsMust-HavePharmacist licensure in UAE (MoHAP or DHA validated)Proficient in dispensing systems (e.g., Pharmasoft, Rx30, or similar)Working knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical regulationsExperience with controlled substance handling and documentationStrong clinical counseling and patient communication skillsAbility to interpret and verify complex prescriptionsPreferredExperience in healthcare logistics or pharmaceutical import/exportFamiliarity with GCC medicine registration standardsFluency in Arabic (spoken or written)Benefits & Culture HighlightsCompetitive salary + housing & medical allowancesProfessional development support + regulatory training programsFast-paced, mission-driven team culture with visible impact on regional healthcare accessSkills: adherence,healthcare,pharmacist
