The group prioritizes accessible, patient-centered service, supported by online platforms such as www.medononline.com and www.medon.ae.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Dubai. The Pharmacist will dispense prescription medications accurately, provide counseling on proper use, dosage, side effects, and interactions, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include reviewing and validating prescriptions, checking for therapeutic duplications or contraindications, and maintaining accurate patient and inventory records. The role also involves managing stock levels, monitoring storage conditions, handling returns and expired products, and supporting insurance claim processing and documentation. The Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare providers, support pharmacy team members, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.Qualifications Valid pharmacist license or eligibility to practice in the UAE, with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge, including pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and counseling on prescription and over-the-counter medications.Experience with retail pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and prescription processing.Familiarity with UAE health regulations, insurance processes, and documentation standards related to pharmacy practice.Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain medical information clearly and support diverse patient needs.High attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and commitment to quality, safety, and ethical standards.Ability to work flexible shifts, collaborate in a team-oriented environment, and manage workload in a fast-paced retail setting.Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage; multilingual abilities (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other regional languages) are beneficial.
