Zahrat Al-Rawdah serves around 20,000 customers daily, emphasizing customer satisfaction as a core measure of success.Role Description The Pharmacist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, counsel customers on proper use, dosage, and potential side effects, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions, checking for drug interactions, maintaining accurate patient and inventory records, and managing medication storage conditions. The Pharmacist will provide professional advice on health, wellness, and over-the-counter products, support promotional and health awareness activities, and collaborate with pharmacy staff to deliver efficient, customer-centered service. The role also involves contributing to the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy and participating in ongoing professional development.Qualifications Professional pharmacy expertise, including a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent), valid pharmacist license in Saudi Arabia, and strong knowledge of pharmacology, dosage forms, and therapeutic uses.Clinical and patient-care skills, including prescription verification, medication counseling, assessment of drug interactions, and commitment to safe, evidence-based practice.Regulatory and quality focus, with familiarity in local healthcare regulations, controlled substances handling, documentation standards, and adherence to pharmacy policies and procedures.Customer service and communication strengths, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain medical information in an accessible way.Operational and organizational abilities, such as inventory management, stock rotation, basic computer and pharmacy system skills, and attention to detail in record-keeping.Teamwork and professionalism, including the ability to collaborate with colleagues, maintain a respectful and inclusive environment, and work flexible shifts as needed.Fluency in Arabic; working proficiency in English is highly beneficial, along with prior experience in community or retail pharmacy settings.
