You'll work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines while delivering excellent pharmaceutical care.At Pantai Hospital Cheras, our pharmacists are encouraged to contribute ideas, participate in quality improvement projects, and develop both their clinical and leadership skills in a supportive team environment. We value initiative, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we strive to create opportunities for every team member to grow beyond their day-to-day responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDispense and review medications accurately in accordance with hospital policies.Provide medication counselling to patients and caregivers.Support doctors and healthcare professionals with drug information and therapeutic recommendations.Perform medication reconciliation and monitor for drug interactions and adverse drug reactions.Participate in clinical discussions and quality improvement initiatives.Manage medication inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory and storage requirements.Support the education, training, and professional development of pharmacy staff, nursing staff, interns, and other healthcare professionals.
