We are currently seeking an experienced and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our growing healthcare team.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and dispense prescribed medications accurately and in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.Provide medication counseling to patients, ensuring proper usage, dosage, storage, and potential side effects.Monitor medication therapy and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.Ensure the safe management, storage, and inventory control of pharmaceutical products.Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.Participate in medication safety initiatives, audits, and quality improvement activities.Respond to drug information inquiries and provide clinical support to healthcare teams.Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and healthcare regulatory standards.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.Valid MOH License or MOH Eligibility Letter is mandatory.Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication management, and pharmaceutical regulations.Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and electronic medical records.Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
