Team members are supported to grow their expertise and are recognized as trusted sources of healthcare advice and consultation.Role Description The Pharmacist role at El Ezaby Pharmacy is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications accurately, reviewing prescriptions for potential interactions, and providing clear guidance on dosage, usage, and possible side effects. Day-to-day tasks include counseling patients on medication adherence and general health, managing inventory and stock levels, and ensuring proper storage of pharmaceuticals. The role also involves maintaining precise documentation, following company and regulatory procedures, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality customer service. Pharmacists are expected to participate in ongoing professional development initiatives and contribute to health awareness activities within the community.Qualifications Professional pharmaceutical expertise, including a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent), valid pharmacy license/registration, and up-to-date knowledge of medications and treatment guidelines.Clinical and patient-care skills, such as prescription review, drug interaction checking, patient counseling, and safe medication management.Operational and organizational abilities, including inventory management, accurate record-keeping, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards.Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, customer-focused service, and the ability to work effectively with diverse patients and colleagues.Technology and systems proficiency, including comfort with pharmacy software, POS systems, and basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with strong reliability and time management.Commitment to continuous learning, ethical practice, and alignment with El Ezaby Pharmacy’s standards of professionalism and patient care.Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy is an advantage; fluency in Arabic and good command of English are beneficial.
