The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, verify prescriptions, and provide clear counseling on proper use, possible side effects, and interactions. Responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, supporting medication therapy management, and promoting safe and effective use of prescription and over-the-counter products. The role involves maintaining inventory and storage conditions, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and internal policies, and supporting home delivery and consultation services when needed. The Pharmacist will collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality customer service, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to health awareness initiatives within the community.QualificationsLicensed Pharmacist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution and eligibility to practice in Egypt.Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and clinical pharmacy principles.Experience in community or retail pharmacy settings, including prescription dispensing and patient counseling.Solid understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality and safety standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain medical information clearly and empathetically.Customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver professional, respectful service in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability in handling prescriptions, records, and inventory.Comfort with pharmacy management systems and basic digital tools used in daily operations.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by branch schedules.Commitment to continuous learning, participation in training programs, and alignment with El Ezaby’s service standards.
