The Pharmacist dispenses medications accurately according to prescriptions, ensuring proper dosage, usage instructions, and adherence to regulatory and safety standards. Responsibilities include counseling patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions, and providing guidance on over-the-counter products, health, and personal care items. The role involves maintaining proper stock levels, handling storage conditions, and participating in inventory checks to minimize shortages and expiries. The Pharmacist also supports prescription verification, collaborates with colleagues to ensure smooth branch operations, and contributes to health awareness initiatives and superior customer service.Qualifications Professional pharmacy expertise, including strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and prescription dispensing practices.Patient care skills, including clear counseling, active listening, and ability to provide tailored health and wellness advice.Operational and organizational skills, such as inventory management, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety procedures.Communication and teamwork abilities, including effective interpersonal skills, collaborative work style, and customer-focused mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution and valid pharmacist license/registration in Egypt.Willingness to work on-site in Cairo with flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy is an advantage; familiarity with pharmacy management systems is beneficial.Commitment to continuous professional development and alignment with El Ezaby Pharmacy’s standards of ethical practice and service quality.
